Shepherd’s Pie

Nothing brings a feeling of warmth and comfort quite like this classic dish  after exploring the vast city of London on a rainy January day. The minced meat was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and I loved how the top of the buttery smooth, whipped potatoes was slightly broiled.

This is a dish I frequently enjoyed as a child, and one I still love making today.
